AW 2019-20 ARMENIA

When I was in Paris Fashion Week I met two italian sisters :Anna and Giulia, at a Showroom.

During that lapse of time I could see all the energy that they've been putting during days, months, years and their creations were so bright and perfectly lit. I couldn' forget it and that's why today I want to share with all of you their story:

In 2016 "ANNAGIULIA FIRENZE" emerged.

Anna decided to create her own brand with an ethereal feminity and an international spirit entirely hand sewn in Florence using only Made in Italy textiles.

She is an extremly creative girl and Giulia,her sister is a designer and an art lover. Her idea allowed the brand's birth.

This year they presented me their new brand collection : ARMENIA

For the Autumn Winter 2019-20 they took as an inspiration country full of culture and an unknown history : ARMENIA. The title of their collection is inspired by Joan Thierle's song which have the same name.

They started cooperation with an Armenian graphic design studio to create an inovative pattern fil rouge of the collection: their "birds alphabet" .

As the girls said, their palette is "a perfect match between casual and timeless colors" ( deep green, navy blue , tabacco brown, chocolate, cerise... )

Stylish and Delicatissimo accesories like headbands and gloves are the signature of their brand.

From what I saw, this is one of the greatest representation of Armenian culture with an Italian touch that makes it more glamorous .

When I met them, they were really nice, funny and super concerned! That's how we kept contact.
