Bubble your health: VICTORIA'S SECRET MODEL'S DIET

Ever wonder what a Victoria's Secret model eats during the day? Even if you haven't, I'm here to give you the answer. Let's start with the Avocado Queen, I call: Romee Strijd!

Today we are interested in the way she eats, and that's why, like a CIA spy, I've done some research for you. For her breakfast, she likes to make a bowl where she puts half a mixture of banana, oatmeal and on top of it some chia seeds, some pumpkin seeds, hennep seeds, peanut butter, cinnamon, blueberries (because if you know Romee for a long time you know that she loves it !). ) and goji berries.


For her lunch Romee likes to eat avocados (we expected no less from the queen of avocados) eggs, hummus on 2 slices of sourdough bread. She sprinkles on top of that some sprouted watermelon seeds and add some pepper and sea salt.

For dinner she opts for a dish based on brown rice eggs, feta cheese, tamini yoghurt, sauce, half a pommegranate, fresh mint, ras el hanout and seedmix. PS: What I didn't tell you is that almost ALL models take a glass of water in the morning mixed with half a squeezed lemon. Some will use hot water like Romee and wait about 20 minutes before having breakfast!


Romee has her own youtube channel where she posts awesome videos of her daily life and workout.

As well, you can see that other angels like Toni Garn, Kelly Gale aka "KellyBellyBoom" on instagram, or "Chef Dev"Devon Windsor, Lais Ribeiro or Solange Van Doorn eats quite healthy.
